This scene is set with 512 texel density. Most of the textures are either 2k in width or height, but also smaller. Some of the objects are using tiling textures with weighted normals, and some have been baked to be either unique or tiling sideways. Software used include Modo for modeling and Substance Designer and Painter for materials.
Visually the scene is based on Subway images from UK, NYC as well as Tokyo, creating a bit of a more unique blend of materials and ideas.
The base idea was to do and showcase what I have learned. I also learned a lot about lighting in Unreal Engine 4.
Lights and other ceiling pieces have their pivots placed to the level of the roof + the metal plate height for example. Purpose of plating here is to hide wiring, ventilation and other more nasty looking stuff in the structure.
Lighting is based on lumen values I found.
